  • Isolation and Lockout Procedure.
  • Remove All Covers.
  • Clean Complete Panel Inside Busbar Chamber and C.T Chamber.
  • Check Joints on Busbar Side and Cable Side, (Re Putty and Tape If Necessary)
  • Check Bushings Cable Side and Busbar Side for any Cracks and For Any Visible Tracking Marks.
  • Check Cable Side and Busbar Side Shutters.
  • Lubricate Moving Parts on Shutters.
  • Check Earthing on Panel.
  • Check Wirring in Instrument Chamber for Any Loose Connections.
  • Close All Covers Properly.
  • Check For any Missing Hardware.
  • Clean Complete Substation.
  • Secondary Injection Testing
